1. Digital Products

1.1 Photography E-Books and Guides

Due to the digital nature of our e-books and guides, and the possibility of immediate download and access, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased digital product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

1.2 Video Tutorials and Courses

For video tutorials and online courses:

• If you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
• To request a refund, you must provide a detailed explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine that the course has been substantially consumed or downloaded.

1.3 Presets and Actions

Photography presets, actions, and other downloadable tools are non-refundable once downloaded. Before purchasing, we recommend reviewing sample images and descriptions carefully to ensure compatibility with your software and needs.

2. Membership Subscriptions

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

• You may request a prorated refund within 30 days of purchasing an annual subscription.
• After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent automatic renewal for the following year.

3. Photography Workshops and Events

3.1 Virtual Workshops

For virtual photography workshops:

• Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled workshop date.
• 50% refunds are available between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled workshop.
• No refunds are available within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, or request a one-time transfer to a future workshop date, subject to availability.

3.2 In-Person Workshops and Events

For in-person photography workshops and events:

In the event that Evening Ridge cancels a workshop or event, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop date.

4. Photography Critiques and Consultations

4.1 One-on-One Consultations

For photography portfolio reviews and one-on-one consultations:

• Full refunds are available if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
• No refunds are available within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation.
• You may reschedule a consultation once at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.

4.2 Written Critiques

For written critiques and portfolio reviews:

• Refunds are available if requested before we begin processing your critique.
• Once we have begun reviewing your work, no refunds will be issued.

5. Custom Services

For custom photography services, commissioned work, or personalized training sessions:

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 25-50% of the total fee) is required to secure our services.
• The specific refund terms for the remaining balance will be outlined in your service agreement.
• Cancellations may be subject to additional fees depending on the amount of work already completed.

6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

6.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that significantly impair your ability to access or use our products or services, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve these issues or provide appropriate compensation if the issues cannot be resolved.

6.2 Extenuating Circumstances

In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, we may consider exceptions to our standard refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
